Position Title: Administration Assistant
Open Period: 1-29 February 2020
Position Description: The Administration Assistant assists the Manager-Finance Administration and Human Resource in expatriate staff visa and work permit processing and in general administrative support work.
Duty Station: RIMES Regional Facility, Asian Institute of Technology campus, Pathumthani, Thailand
Type of Contract: One-year initially, renewable for longer term on excellent performance
Remuneration and Benefits:
Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business administration; knowledge of Thai financial regulations
Experience: At least 2 years relevant experience
Skills and Abilities: Excellent spreadsheet skills; proficiency in MS Word; strong organizational skills; excellent customer service skills; Thai and English communication proficiency
Personal Qualities: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking and multi-cultural environment; demonstrated ability to work as an integrated team
