Position Title: AUN-QA Assessment Officer

We are looking for suitable candidates; (Bachelor graduate -Thai Nationality Only) to take up a full-time job as an AUN-QA Assessment Officer.
The Office of the AUN Secretariat is located at Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok. The AUN is the network of 30 leading universities from all ASEAN Member States, serving the aspiration to ASEAN integration. The Secretariat’s main mission is to initiate and organize collaborative activities in many aspects for the advancements of higher education and human resource development in the ASEAN region.
The AUN-QA, one of the seventeen thematic networks of AUN, aims to harmonise educational standards & seek continuous improvement of academic quality in Higher Education Institutions in ASEAN. See: www.aunsec.org and www.aun-qa.org
Roles and Responsibilities
The AUN-QA Assessment Officer will carry out the following duties:
1. AUN-QA Assessment related roles
2. Support roles
AUN-QA Assessment Officer will assist AUN-QA team on the following duties:
Develop and improve the AUN-QA Assessment work process
Manage and analyse database related to AUN-QA Assessors, Assessments and member universities
Required to provide support to colleagues in the same position, covering for sickness and absence as appropriate
Provide support to the AUN-QA Team with AUN-QA related activities
Responsible for any other duties commensurate with the position and nature of the role
Your daily tasks will be filled with emails and letters. You will be required to solve many unexpected problems, both via e-mail and on-site. You will get a chance to organise activities with people from many nationalities, managing events and writing financial reports. You will also get to work with the AUN-QA Team members to ensure the success of the AUN-QA Programme Assessment and other related activities.
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday from 10:00 - 19:00
Employment Type: One year contract to work full-time on projects
Working Location: As of now, we do not require working at the AUN office. All staffs can work remotely.
