Purpose of Position:
At SOS, we are working to reduce food waste, through better management of surplus, along with providing tools and skills around food education to help communities become sustainable. We have grown rapidly over the last 7 years, and are now preparing to take on much larger projects in the coming year.
Job Description:
Human resource
- Employee database report - when SOS has employee movement or change in data base.
- Maintain and update Employee Handbook when necessary.
- Maintain HR-related records for health insurance, company about renewal, employee movement, etc. Tracking of working hours and holidays for full-time employees and compiling leave form Issue employee letter as requested.
- Coordinate the completion of the Employee of the Month nomination, The Bright Light nomination, and awarding.
- Update Org Chart when needed.
- Support leaders to improve team and company culture and performance.
- Screen, assess, interview and evaluate candidates with behavioral-based interviewing methodologies to ensure that they fit the respective job specifications.
- Maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations, PDPA, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Perform other duties as required.
Administration
- Preparing Payment Voucher (PV) and ensure we get all supporting documents that needed.
- Tracking all staff paperwork and contracts.
- General admin: stationery order, pay bills, refill easy pass (toll way), monthly service payment for cleaner, accountant, consultant, legal, transportation, hotel & fight booking, visa & work permit.
- T-shirt tracking.
- Tracking vehicle insurance and tax renewal. Contact transportation department for any car registration matters.
- All physical filing such as legal documents, employee files, vehicle files, donor agreement, service contract, fixed Asset, etc
- Organize birthday cakes for staff birthdays.
- Prepare desks, computer, and others when there is a new staff.
- Assist FREC Manager when there are FREC-wide events.
- Assist Outreach Team on admin work for their events.
Qualifications:
- Thai Nationality.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any Related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field, fresh graduates are welcome.
- At least 2 years experience in Reception/HR administrative and office support activities preferred multinational environment.
- Ability to work with detailed, complex and sensitive materials, exercising considerable judgment and human relation skills.
- Good computer skills especially in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong influencing, change management, communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Can Work well under pressure.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
Key Relationships:
- Internal Team: Report to Project Supervisor under Outreach Team, Coordinate with Operations Team, and Local Managers.
- External Stakeholders: Office visitors, Key Stakeholders, and Governmental Agencies
Work Time:
- 40 hours a week, must be able to work some evenings and weekends.
- Vacation 10 days and 14 public holidays.
- Sick leave with doctor’s proof after 3-day period, up to maximum 30 days.
- Probation period of 90 days.
