Position Title : Office Maid
Location : WWF Thailand office
Reporting to : Admin Officer (overseen by Admin Manager)
Employment duration : 12-month with possibility for extension
Overview
The Office Maid is responsible for ensuring that both floors (2nd and 3rd floor) of the office are kept clean, organized, and hygienic. This role includes routine cleaning duties, maintaining common areas, and supporting the overall cleanliness and presentation of the office space. The role is supervised by the Admin Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Cleaning Tasks
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors across both office levels
- Dust and wipe down desks, furniture, and office equipment
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, including replenishing supplies as needed
Common Area Maintenance
- Ensure kitchens/pantries are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
- Clean and organize meeting rooms after use
- Maintain cleanliness of reception and waiting areas
Waste Management
- Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials appropriately
- Ensure waste bins are emptied and cleaned regularly
Stock and Supplies
- Monitor and report on cleaning supplies, requesting replenishment as needed
- Assist with receiving and organizing cleaning products
Additional Support
- Assist with minor tasks such as rearranging furniture for meetings and events
- Report any maintenance issues or potential hazards to the Admin Officer
Qualifications
- Prior experience in office cleaning or housekeeping is preferred
- Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and their safe use
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively across two office floors
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and carrying up to 2 kgs
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
