DtonNaam serves vulnerable Thai male and trans individuals as they leave prostitution, helping them rebuild their lives holistically by providing education, healthcare, therapy, job training and more. We provide support and skills through counseling, creative art classes, therapy and education to empower them to live a healthy lifestyle and find successful options for their current situation and future.

You will have the responsibility of meeting weekly with the recovery team, DN’s clients and students and build trust, treatment plans and keep case files up to date. You will also report directly to DN’s Head Social Worker (and Managing Directors). This job involves following the vision and policies of DN to walk alongside the students and clients effectively and collectively. Keep confidentiality and health issues a priority, along with the student’s desired next steps. .
Participate in weekly meetings and training. Be flexible to adjust to crisis cases and various appointments offsite that students might need. You will also work alongside the recovery team to provide holistic care for each student, including teaching classes that promote health and skills.
(Clients are those still involved in the sex industry; Students are those who have left prostitution and entered DN’s recovery program).

This job is located in the central part of Bangkok, Thailand. The salary will be based on the applicant's education, skills and experience. This is a challenging yet worthwhile role, typically five days per week; full time hours. (Part time applicants are possible)
