Position Title:   Project Analyst

Position Description:  The Project Analyst reporting to the Project Coordinator/ M&E Specialist, shall provide technical and administrative support to the RIMES project to ensure that activities and deliverables under the project are met.

Duty station:    RIMES Regional Facility, AIT Campus, 59 Moo 9 Paholyothin Rd., Klong 1, Klong Luang, Pathumthani 12120 Thailand

Minimum Qualifications:

Knowledge:           

Bachelor or Master’s Degree, in business administration, management, social sciences, or related field

Experience:           

At least 3-5 years of experience in providing technical and administrative support, project monitoring and coordination.

Skills and Abilities: 

Strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills; demonstrated ability to plan and organize work independently; sound judgment and reasoning ability; excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Personal Qualities:

Excellent inter-personal skills and team-oriented work style; high level of patience and professionalism; ability to remain calm when dealing with crisis; ability to keep confidential matters private; interest in working in a multi-cultural environment; strong desire to learn; willingness to work hard; a good sense of humor and fun, but with seriousness on the quality and excellence of work

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

DSS development:

• Support the work of technical experts in research and data collection
• Collate and digitize data following required formats and standards
• Ensure completion and delivery of technical documents such as reports, manuals, etc.
• Participate in and document discussions, meetings, and consultations
• Assist in user engagement and capacity building activities

Monitoring and coordination:

• Interface with technical experts and country coordinators on project requirements
• Assist project staff in the application of procedures, recording and reporting standards
• Closely track deliverables and outputs to ensure schedules and deadlines are being met
• Coordinate the production of all reports, collect M&E data, and prepare summary reports to assist in progress tracking
• Collate and ensure that crucial project documents are accurate, catalogued and maintained
• Assist in identifying implementation issues and potential solutions
• Assist in coordinating, organizing, and scheduling meetings, webinars, trainings, events, surveys, etc.

Others:

• Provide day-to-day HR and administrative coordination and support to the project team, including immigration requirements for foreign staff, e.g., visa, work permit, 90-day reporting, logistics and travel arrangements, ensuring timesheets are completed and on time, etc.
• Perform any other relevant duties as required
