T/74MULTI/MULTI/FWA/CAR RENTAL SERVICES/PATTANI/28-09-2020

ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development) is inviting suppliers of services to submit offers for each lot for the following Provision of car rental service for the year 2020-2021

Bidders can submit offers for one or several lots.

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) can be by sending a blank email to thailand.tender@acted.org; Cc tender@acted.org. There will be a link in return email. By clicking on this link, bidders will get the "tender pack".

All bids must be submitted by E-mail before 19^th October 2020 at 4:00pm (Thailand Time) to thailand.tender@acted.org, cc tender@acted.org.  Bids that are more than 10mbs can be shared through available links via the same email address above. Please make sure that the link is still available at the time of offer opening. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

A tender opening session will take place on  20^th October 2020 at 9:30 am (Thailand Time) in ACTED representative office in Pattani, THAILAND:

215/13 Samakkee sai Khor Rd., Rusamilae, Muang Pattani, Pattani 94000. Thailand

The presence of Bidders at the tender opening session will be allowed depending on the Thailand Government and ACTED's directives towards social gatherings. Bidders can be updated on the opening session one day before opening session by calling +66 73 710-344. All Bidders will be notified on the outcome of the opening via an E-mail from thailand.tender@acted.org.
