Project ; PWID Project (People Who Inject Drugs)

The PO is a key person in the Program Quality Department responsible for the development and strengthening of Raks Thai's programs with an emphasis on the harm reduction for the people living with the injecting drug users and coordinating with project partners in achieving project goals and objectives. Develops large scale proposals for new funding opportunities. Designs monitoring and evaluation systems and engage in the overall programmatic and financial monitoring and reporting. Initiates and maintains relationships with key program partners, public and private agencies, as well as local and international donors.

Qualifications:

-Graduate degree in political science, business management, economics or related areas.

-Minimum of three to five year working experiences in project design, monitoring and evaluation, and budgeting.

-Oral and written proficiency in English and Thai, and computer literacy (especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

-Excellent interpersonal, verbal and effective communication skills combined with problem solving skills.

-Demonstrated strengths in planning and organizational skills with the ability to think and act strategically in the design and execution of programs, and conceptualize complex issues, and strong leadership skills.

-Ability to work and travel independently.

Wide interest in social issues especially of disadvantaged groups and human rights.

Language Requirements:
·        Fluency in Thai and working proficiency in English.
