ABOUT THE TIJ

        A core belief that justice is everyone’s matter underlies TIJ missions. On the one hand, the TIJ seeks to promote international standards and good practices in crime prevention and criminal justice. On the other, we strive to enhance cross- and multi-sectoral cooperation among different players.  

        As the institute grows, an increasing number of staffs from diverse backgrounds and generations came to enrich the mix, providing new perspectives to the existing issues.         We are looking for an HR manager who excels in HR practices with leadership and communication skills to help us drive the TIJ and its people to the next level of excellence. JOB FAMILY

People Management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the HR team to design and develop full spectrum high-quality of human resources in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning and Development, and Reward and Policy. (40%)
  • Undertake holistic initiatives to disseminate and mainstream the organizational core values into the work programs and HR practices organization-wide to strengthen the employee engagement and organization culture. (20%)
  • Partner with and support Top Management in analysis and development of HR strategies to align with organization vision and missions. (10%)
  • Drive training and development strategies, and design programs for the identification and development of high potential talent to build a pipeline of future leaders for the organization(10%)
  • Oversee a full cycle of C & B such as payroll reconcile, salary benchmarking & review, Benefits review, and managing HR budget to ensure all data are accurate.  (10%)
  • Responsible to investigate any issues related to all employees and make recommendations for actions. (5%)
  • Assume additional responsibilities as needed or requested. (5%)

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Knowledge:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial and Organizational Psychology or other related disciplines deemed appropriate for the job.

 Skills & Experiences:

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in handling a full spectrum of human resources duties.
  • Excellent communication skills, and in-depth understanding of HR principles and their application to respond to and resolve a range of complex HR queries.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; sound reasoning based on standard human resources principle and practice.
  • Fluency in both Thai and English.

 Attitude:

  • A self-starter and a self-motivated and multi-tasking person who works well under pressure.
  • Strong leadership and commitment to excellence
