Title: Consultant to Create Virtual Storytelling Photo Exhibition (Online Platform Developer)
Closing Date: 13 October 2021
To strategically address the barriers to combating trafficking in persons (TIP) in Thailand, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has awarded Winrock International the USAID Thailand Counter Trafficking in Persons (USAID Thailand CTIP) program, which aims to reduce TIP and better protect the rights of trafficked persons in Thailand in 2017. Winrock and its implementing partners works to reduce demands and incentives for trafficked labor, empower at-risk populations to safeguard their rights, and strengthen protection systems for survivors.
Throughout the life of the project, USAID Thailand CTIP compiled stories, voices of migrants, survivors, and other vulnerable populations living and working in Thailand. The project plans to launch a Virtual Storytelling Photo Exhibit using the WordPress application to amplify these stories and showcase the project activities to the public. Also, this exhibition will link with the project campaign on Instagram #InsideKhonnok to encompass the younger audience that the campaign targeted. In addition to the migrant stories, this platform will include a digital social and behavior change communication campaign resources e.g. a series of communication materials such as call-to-actions infographics, banners, digital posters, and articles to foster positive perception shifts of the Thai public towards migrant workers. The Virtual Storytelling Photo Exhibition will be interactive and engaging and equipped with online surveys and quizzes to assess the changes in the audience’s attitudes towards migrant workers.
The individual/organization is expected to work closely with the USAID Thailand CTIP communications staff throughout the process as below.
Use digital story telling techniques to visualize migrant journeys to allow exhibition visitors to walk through the stories step by step in an interactive experience

Design WordPress website/exhibition structure
Develop the platform that will host the website
Administer website-related tasks e.g. registering domain name and web hosting, generating feedback reports etc.
Migrate the website to Winrock (or its partner) platform within 3 months after the launch
