Consultant: Webmaster for Salween 

Effective: October 2021

ROLE PURPOSE

International Rivers (IR) works to protect rivers and the rights of communities that depend on them. Working with an international network of dam-affected people, grassroots organizations, environmentalists, human rights advocates, and others who are committed to stopping destructive river projects and promoting better options. IR has expertise in big dams, energy and water policy, climate change, and international financial institutions. We support partner organizations and dam-affected people by providing advice, training, and technical assistance, and advocating on their behalf with governments, banks, companies, and international agencies.

The consultant will create and manage the website, which presents situation updates of Salween river Network in two languages, English and Thai.

DELIVERABLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and create a new web domain for Salween information resources; reports, news, photos and videos.
• Maintain and updates the website and solve technical problems that might occur.
• Assist IR Thai staff as requested, related to the website.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• At least 10 years experience in website management and graphic design.
• High level creative thinking
• Strong experience in relevant fields

QUALIFICATIONS/Application:

• Provide your quotation in Thai Baht which includes rates; creating a web domain, designing and uploading information for Home page, About, News & Events, and Related Document.
• Provide a copy of CV.
• Provide 2-3 sample materials recently created by you (preferably within last 24 months).
