Rapid Asia is an independent management consulting firm based in Bangkok that specializes in evaluations for programs, projects, social marketing campaigns, and other social development initiatives. We carry out program evaluations across a number of thematic areas including human trafficking, migration, gender, health, climate change, education, etc. Our clients include major donors, UN agencies, and international aid and development organizations. We take a regional approach to evaluations and have developed tools and indicators that can be used across borders for the purpose of evaluating program impact. Rapid Asia has to date carried out evaluations in 30 countries across Asia, Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe, and South America.

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an energetic person to join our small but dynamic team. Rapid Asia is looking for talented, motivated, and passionate individuals – like you – from around the world who bring knowledge, innovative thinking, and different ideas to our project team

Job Responsibilities:

·      Conduct desk research

·      Check field survey data

·      Preparation of project materials e.g. showcard

·      Prepare interview summaries and key findings

·     Support in writing and translation

·     Provide support to project team as required

Requirements:

·      Thai national/Fluent in listening, writing, reading, speaking in Thai

·      Good command of written English

·      Shall be computer literate in standard software applications

·      Have a demonstrated keen interest in social development-related work

·   Able to work according to Thailand time zone (GMT+7)

The duration is 3-6 months. The internship is unpaid and full-time.
