Job Title: Partnerships Manager
Contract duration: 1 year
Responsible to: CEO and CFO
Work hours: Mon-Fri (9am-5pm)
Dress code: Smart casual
Salary: N/A depending on experience
Main role: To engage and build partnerships with existing and new partners to directly impact Steps SE/Foundation so we are able to achieve our mission of employment equality.
Partnerships Manager
Overview of the role:
Work with the CEO to formulate Steps direction on the way to create social impact
Working closely with the managers of each BU and supporting them with their daily operations to ensure we are providing the best service and products
Main contact point with all partners and clients across all BUs
Representing the SE/Foundation at events, meetings, webinars, panels and in the media
Maintaining and developing existing relations with donors and supporters including hosting/providing CSR and diversity events and activities
Conducting ongoing exploration of new opportunities
Networking with donors to build strategic relationships which connect to Steps mission
Drafting proposals for developing and/or expanding programs with new donors
Work with colleagues across the organisation to leverage assets and build strong and creative partnership proposals to target CSR teams, Social Impact Funding, and Marketing teams.
Continue to liaise and collaborate with SE Thailand and other such organisations (Change Fusion, ANDE) to ensure Steps is an engaged member of the community
Overseeing and implementing data collection so we are able to transparently report our impact
Monitor the development of social enterprise and philanthropic landscape in Thailand and globally, including related laws and regulations, and report this development, together with suggestions on Steps's actions, to the CEO
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Work Experience:
Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:
• Previous work experience in a partnership, fundraising, or operations role (minimum 2 years)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
• Good problem solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Computer proficient and able to use all Google products
