ADRA Thailand is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Human Resources Manager based in Chiang Mai, Thailand

Job overview: Under supervision of Country Director, Human Resources Manager is responsible for lead routine functions of Human Resources including recruitment, staff compensation, benefits, leave, performance management and enforcing company policies and practices.
Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process of all staff, in close collaboration with key personnel (Directors, Project Managers)
Update on staff movement to relevant persons (Directors and Support Staff)
Preparation of employment contracts
Preparation of payroll in compliance with contracts
Responsible for organization and completeness of HR records
Manage visa and work permit process for expat staff
Track and manage all visa and work permit information
Responsible for networking and liaising with government entities
Responsible for smooth separation process of staff at end of contract or termination, in close collaboration with key personnel (Directors, Project Managers)
Oversee staff performance management including assessment and appraisal
Promote a good working environment and good staff relationships; ensure that discriminatory practices do not occur within ADRA Thailand
Support grievance and conflict resolution process
Prepare official request and response letters/reports to government offices
Ensure timely submission of camp and material passes to Ministry of Interior (MOI)
Responsible for orientation process for new staff
Participate as an invitee to ADCOM, raising and representing HR issues
Review and translate MOI proposal/reports for submission to Ministry of Interior (MOI)
Review and ensure compliance with HR management policy and practice
Initiate planning for staff capacity building/personal development events
Review and update staff contact list and organization chart monthly
Coordinate with IT on creating, updating and terminating staff e-mail
Manage Social Security Fund and Provident Fund application and termination
Manage staff Insurance claims and coordinate with insurance company on insurance extension
Coordinate with hospitals to obtain quotations for annual Medical checkup for projects
Review Timesheet and ensure leave record is updated correctly
Coordinate with Admin on staff badge and business card
Prepare invitation letter and other supporting documents for expat staff’s visa application
Prepare Foundation annual report and Foundation license update / extension
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Preferred candidates are expected to meet the following:
Minimum Skills & Education Required:
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in human resources management, business administrative or related field
Experience:
At least 2-year experience in relevant experience in HR and administrative field
Language Skills:
Fluent in spoken and written Thai and English
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work in a Christian context
Ability to successfully develop a human resource database and systems
Understanding of diversity in working environment
Ability to handle work efficiently and accurately under time constrains
Strong computer skills (Including Microsoft Office proficiency)
Excellent public relation and communication skills
Hands on and able to perform work independently
Good understanding on NGO Programs and Finance
Valid driving license is required
