JOB TITLE: Business Support Assistant (Programme)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Within delegated authority, the Business Support Assistant will be responsible for the following duties:
QUALIFICATIONS & DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
EDUCATION: Secondary school education preferably supplemented by a university degree
EXPERIENCE: At least four years of progressively responsible experience in the filed od secretarial,
administration, travel or any related fields.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
DESIRABLE: Experience working with a UN or another international organization is preferred.
Budget planning vs expenditures tracking is ideal.
LANGUAGE: Fluent and accuracy in both oral and written communication in English and Thai
