Job Vacancy: Communication and Development Officer (CDO)
Start date: ASAP
Report: Executive Director
Work hours: M-F 8:30-16:30
Holidays: Government Public Holidays (22-24Days a year), 30 Sick Days, WFH (when enforced), Weekend-Work compensation; Urgent Errand Holiday and Education/Exposure leave (upon approval by ED)
Qualifications:
B.Sc., B.A., B.Eng – in economics, marketing, international relations, Business English, English, business administration, engineering/operations research, and other related fields. Graduate students are welcome. A graduate with a master degree requires at least one-year work experience.
A critical thinker; can both follow instructions thoroughly and be creative to initiate own works
Highly responsible, get works done by dates, weeks, or months of assignments
A team player with emotional intelligence
Friendly, comfortable to ask questions, eager to improve
Desire to have VIP and challenging portfolios
On-time, good-mannered, and communicate well
2 years of experience including internships at a minimum
TOEIC at least 750; or TOEFL, SAT, GRE/GMAT/LSAT/MCAT will be accepted.
Respect of others, respect of time, understand western culture in a Thai environment
Job Descriptions:
Coordinate between the Center and other agencies (companies, organizations, businesses, speakers, and etc) via phone, email, in-person, via MS Teams, Zoom meeting
Draft letters, a concept note, correspondent emails and ensure all signatures required / work proved.
Arrange appointments, meetings, update Social Media of our events on twitter, FB, LinkedIn
Be part of team to arrange Forum, Symposiums, Series, and online Zoom Meetings
Attend various meetings with ED and other team members
Responsible for documents high-end/VIP meetings with delegates, ministers, or senior officials
Have basic knowledge and skills to record a video, co-host online meeting, or any basic edits.
Create your own portfolios and career path journey, build your own expertise
Attend a training for a professional growth; and occasionally work as a trainer assistant
Salary: THB 18,000 with bunches of food, snacks throughout the week; and team outing once a week or twice the month.
