About PAE-CCJJ Services Ltd. - PAE-CCJJ is a Private Organization established to deliver a high-end tailored services to the Principal and Family by complementing their wishes.

We partner with the foundations who runs various Philanthropy Projects in Thailand to support the education, the medical health, orphanage’s well-being, and various projects in the future.


 

The position at an overall level:

The PL leads, build and maintains a small but effective team and works closely with the philanthropic projects, principal donors, their professional organization in Thailand and their Foundation in Singapore.

The PL is an experienced person with an independent drive towards building a high performing team using a warm and wise leadership style with care for people – committed to advancing human inclusion, promoting future-oriented education, and supporting entrepreneurship & innovation.

The PL will have to establish the philanthropic team who will all be based in central Bangkok, co-accommodated with the principal donor’s current organization. The PL will report to the CEO of the current organization and will at the same time work and collaborate within the strategic framework of the Foundation.


 

Roles and Responsibilities

Leading the team

  • Lead the team in delivering philanthropic activities with high impact outcomes, within the agreed strategic framework and within agreed timelines and budgets

  • Develop and promote a team culture of psychological safety, dedication to results, transparency and care for people

  • Ensure integration with the existing organization


 

Managing the projects

  • Provide input to and participate in determining the current and future needs and wishes of the principal donors and the Foundation in the strategy process

  • Ensure that those needs, and wishes are met in the operational activities by:

    • Monitor progress, liaise with and coordinate project activities

    • Engage and involve principal donors in the projects

    • Sourcing and due diligence of future projects

    • Ensure financial controlling and reporting of the projects

    • Provide input to and manage the philanthropic activities aligned with, the Foundations policies and standards

  • Ensure systems, work methods and procedures are established to support the needs & wishes of the principal doners, strategic direction, policies, and standards

  • Participate in developing impact measurement tools and track project performance with accordingly

  • Provide input on potential future projects within the Foundation purpose

  • Develop and maintain network and relationships with all involved stakeholders, persons of wider project interest and future potential external stakeholders


 

Qualifications and attributes – what we imagine:

  • 10-15 years experiences in the leading and managing projects preferable in the international NGO environment

  • Positive, confident, and self-driven personality

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to deal with complex issues as they arise and overcome challenges in a collaborative way

  • Ability to see and analyze and act upon less visible business practices, dependencies, and agendas

  • Experienced in working in a fast-paced and diverse environment

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues in a responsible manner

  • Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing, in English & Thai
