Role overview
The Grants Finance and Operations Specialist will be responsible for effective financial management to the Voice of Youth (VOY) project grant including project and donor financial reporting, produce related financial reconciliations, budget variance analysis, financial analysis, forecasting, income accounting and donor compliance and reporting. S/He will work with project team to produce timely and updated forecasts and budgets aligned to planned project activity and manage financial aspects of grants to make sound decisions and also provide administrative supports to the project, ensuring the requirements for office and project staff legal status are fully met.
