Position title: Program Management Associate
Position type: full time, fixed-term contract for 12 months
Salary: 90,000 THB per month, flexible depending on experience and location
Location: Bangkok, Thailand preferred, though remote working in timezones GMT +5 to +11 will be considered.

Cuttlefish Digital is a start-up digital communications and campaigning agency. We develop and deliver creative digital campaigns for clients focusing on climate action and energy transition in the Asia Pacific region. As part of a global network of communicators, researchers, marketers, and advocacy strategists, we work with non-profit organizations to campaign for clean energy.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Oversee a portfolio of creative digital advocacy campaigns, in support of international campaign partners addressing the climate crisis
Set up and maintain project management tools and standards with Project Leads
Develop and support assessment protocols for ongoing evaluation and improvement of campaigns
Oversee the campaign's budget to maximize our team’s collective impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with Project Leads, cross-functional teams, and partners to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new digital campaigns and projects.
Develop and oversee the portfolio budget across campaigns and projects, with the Managing Director, Operations Manager, and Campaigns Manager, and be accountable for delivering against campaign priorities.
Support the Director and Operations Manager to develop and implement the risk management plan, including working with Project Leads to identify risks and opportunities.
Support team leads to set priorities in line with the needs of the program and our campaigns.
Support Project Leads and provide guidance in setting project management standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Produce periodic reports, presentations, explainers, and other updates for internal and external stakeholders on program performance.
Draft and implement standard processes and procedures that support the needs of projects, project leads, clients, teams, and the global network.
Manage access to and the use of our main IT tools for managing projects, including Google Drive, 1Password, Monday.com, Slack, Miro, and other tools as needed.
Draft and manage client agreements and service contracts.
Organize and manage various team and management meetings, mostly on Zoom.
Other tasks relevant to the smooth functioning of our campaigns, projects, and operations.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & PROFILE
Proven experience in digital project management or program management roles, preferably in a non-profit or digital agency environment.
Strong knowledge and experience in project management methodologies like waterfall, agile, lean and kanban.
Solid understanding and experience in digital businesses, marketing and/or digital campaigning.
Confident using IT tools for remote collaboration: Monday.com, Trello, Miro, 1Password, and Google Workplace, or a willingness to learn.
Experience in setting up automated processes and integrating tools and processes (experience using services like Zapier or Integromat would be a plus).
Exceptional time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills in an international, remote team environment across many different cultures.
Proficient English speaker with exceptional writing and speaking skills, since English is our main language of working. Fluency in other Asian languages would be a plus but not essential.
Bachelor in business management or project management would be preferred.
Possessing or currently working towards PMP or PRINCE 2 Practitioner project management certifications would be preferred.
This is a new role reporting to the Managing Director.

DATES OF CONSULTANCY
We can offer you a 12-month, fixed term contract (including a 3 month probationary period) with a possibility of extending contingent on funding and performance.
Please note this is a home-based position, though we may be able to offer access to a co-working space if you’re located in Bangkok, Thailand. We are not able to offer sponsorship for a business visa or work permit at this time.
