Background of the project
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) responds to the world’s worst humanitarian crises, helping to restore health, safety, education, economic wellbeing, and power to people devastated by conflict and disaster. Founded in 1933 at the call of Albert Einstein, the IRC is at work in over 40 countries and 26 U.S. cities helping people to survive, reclaim control of their future and strengthen their communities. The IRC has been operating in Thailand since 1975 and currently provides assistance to displaced persons in Tak, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi and Mae Hong Son provinces.
Scope of work:
Thai Hospital of Thasongyang and Phophra Hospital Vaccine Certificate will be given to the Thai Myanmar Border Refugee population of Maela and Umpiem of COVID-19 vaccinated People estimated 30,000 population. Estimated time for identify/download information and printing is 15 minutes per certificate. This person will be focal point for producing COVID-19 vaccine certificated from Thai Hospital Web- based system. And He/she will take responsible for integration and verification with the IRC vaccine information recorded data to identify Thai hospitals web based COVID-19 vaccine certificate system for certificate printing. And need to keep information in internal information record system. This person needs to share update information to the senior clinical manager and HIS team by weekly so that for the other international reporting.
Deliverables:
• Take responsibility for the work and accomplish the task as assigned on a daily basis to
complete producing vaccine certificate for Maela, Umpiem camps by following Thai Hospital Web based COVID-19 Vaccine Certificate System.
• Check the complete assignment with IRC Program Team for Data Quality and Accuracy.
• To update information to the senior clinical manager and HIS team by weekly.
Payment and Schedule:
Payment shall be made by the IRC at the end of the month after receiving the required deliverable and timesheet.
Requirements:
Education: High School
Work Experience: Minimum 1 years’ experience and Strong technical knowledge in health data entry
Demonstrated Abilities
• Ability to work well in a team
• Professional character Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Critical thinking and analytical skills
• Strong Computer skills
Language(s.) and skills
• Fluency in Thai and English
• Other local languages, such as Karen, and Burmese as an advantage
• Strong computer skills especially Microsoft excel
Preferred:
• Understanding of context and health program in refugee camp setting.
