1. Job title: Administration Officer
2. Contract Period: Full time contract for 1 year (include 3-months probation)
3. Location: Bangkok Business Center, Sukhumvit 63 Road
4. Key Responsibilities:
4.1 Support Administration and Finance Department work
- Expatriate support: visa, work permit, tax ID number, etc.
- Procurement support: searching the vendors
- Petty Cash related tasks
- Managing files and official letter
- Assets management (Registration, record, and disposal)
- General administration support as required
4.2 Support Operation Department work
- Assist in organizing meeting, workshop and conference in logistic part
- Other tasks as required
5. Education
- Minimum bachelor’s degrees in administration or relevant field
6. Work Experience
- New graduates from university with no work experience are welcome
- Work experience in administration field will be considered as priority
7. Qualifications
- Thai Nationality
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Energetic, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work autonomously in a multi-cultural environment
- Fluent English (Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing) as recommended
8. Working Condition
- Monday – Friday. 08:30 – 17:00 (7.5hrs / day)
