Title: Finance Assistant Temporary

Background/IRC Summary: The International Rescue Committee (IRC) responds to the world’s worst humanitarian crises, helping to restore health, safety, education, economic wellbeing, and power to people devastated by conflict and disaster. Founded in 1933 at the call of Albert Einstein, the IRC is at work in over 40 countries and 26 U.S. cities helping people to survive, reclaim control of their future and strengthen their communities. The IRC has been operating in Thailand since 1975 and currently provides assistance to displaced persons in Tak, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi and Mae Hong Son provinces.
Job Overview/Summary: Assists Finance Team in preparing scan, copy documents, filing, keep tacking number sending to storage and checking time effort for all staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Scan document for EC511 & EC515 from July 2021 onward.
• Assist Finance Officer in managing filling system.
• Assist Finance Officer in checking Time effort for all staff.
• Assist Senior Finance Manager in retrieving and validating documents for inter-country cost.
• Submit documents for review and approval per authorization matrix.
• Perform other tasks as requested by senior finance team members.
Deliverable:
• Provide support to BK Finance team.
Duration of Work: 3 months (1 July – 30 September 2022)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience with NGOs.
• Demonstrated Skills and Competencies: Computer literate, excellent in MS excel.
• Language Skills: Thai native with good English language skills (speak, write and read).
• Good interpersonal skill and communication skill.
• Willing to learn new skills and tasks.
Term of payment:
• Payment will be made by bank transfer to temporary staff within 5 working days after work is complete each month.
