Kenan Foundation Asia, a non-profit development organization working in partnership with companies, governments, academia, and committed individuals to empower people with the knowledge, technology, and skills necessary for a better future, is seeking for the position of Marketing Specialist. This position will responsible for planning digital marketing campaigns, maintaining our online media presence across a range of digital channels, measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. The Marketing Specialist will report to the Marketing Manager.
Job Description
Organization and projects’ online presence
- Identify all brand touchpoints and engaging cross-functional teams and partners to ensure brand communication and materials
- Updating and maintaining all Kenan’s marketing touchpoints across paid/owned/earned media;
- Measuring and reporting on the performance for brand and projects performance.
- Working with communication specialist/manager to create and adapt the communication and content plan to align with marketing plan
- Manage a range of online marketing budgets to maximize impact cost-effectively
Digital marketing
- Developing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across paid/owned/earned media as web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising and events.
- Collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Identify cost-effective solutions for maximum impact.
Communication Management
- Formulating the plan and managing communications programs to align with the organization’s strategies and goals
- Promoting and executing of all communications and media actions on all channels
- Assist marketing manager for communication plan support always-on and campaign based marketing activities
- Ensure all digital activity is consistently on brand across all touchpoints
Assist in Projects Communication
- Supporting communication plan and execution of Kenan’s donor projects.
Other
- Staying on top and review new technology trends and opportunities
- Work with marketing manager to conduct campaign performance testing, collect and analyze data to gain insights, and recommend strategies based on findings with a goal of maximum conversion.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of direct experience working in digital marketing or a similar field including, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, analytics and display advertising campaigns.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Native Thai speaker with outstanding English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Have a good working knowledge of WordPress.
- Graphic Design knowledge is preferable.
- Multitasking and work well under pressure.
