Roles and Responsibilities 

The AUN-QA Assessment Officer will carry out the following duties: 

AUN-QA Assessment related roles 

1. Provide support for AUN-QA Assessment registration

2. Provide accurate guidance and advice to the university concerning the AUN-QA Programme Assessment and feedback processes 

3. Provide support to the AUN-QA Assessor Team & University's Quality Unit Team 

4. Assist AUN-QA Team in providing strategies and management for AUN-QA Assessments 

5. Travel with the AUN-QA Assessor Team within the ASEAN Region (when possible)

6. Organise and manage the administrative processes related to the AUN-QA Programme Assessment 

Support roles

AUN-QA Assessment Officer will assist AUN-QA team on the following duties: 

1. Develop and improve the AUN-QA Assessment work process 

2. Manage and analyse database related to AUN-QA Assessors, Assessments and member universities 

3. Required to provide support to colleagues in the same position, covering for sickness and absence as appropriate

4. Provide support to the AUN-QA Team with AUN-QA related activities 

5. Responsible for any other duties commensurate with the position and nature of the role 

Your daily tasks will be filled with emails and letters. You will be required to solve many unexpected problems, both via e-mail, on-site and online. You will get a chance to organise activities with people from many nationalities, manage events and write financial reports. You will also get to work with the AUN-QA Team members to ensure the success of the AUN-QA Programme Assessment and other related activities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor Degree in any field

• Language Skills in English are ESSENTIAL. Applicants must have excellent English Skills in all Reading, Writing and Speaking
