Position: Technical Facilitation for online conference
Type of Contract: Fixed price contract or Individual Consultancy
Duration of Contract: 20 September 2022 – 12 December 2022 (part-time capacity)

Winrock International is currently seeking proposals from qualified firms or individual consultants to support the technical coordination and to facilitate a 3-day online event in multiple languages with expected 16 sessions planned on December 7th, 8th, 9th, 2022.
Background
The USAID Asia Counter Trafficking in Persons (CTIP) program is a seven-year regional initiative aimed at addressing human trafficking risks, providing appropriate responses that transcend borders, and protecting the rights of vulnerable and trafficked persons. The USAID Asia CTIP program is implemented by Winrock International. The program addresses human trafficking in Asia through activities conducted under three components: Force Multiplier 1 (FM1): Strengthening learning around trafficking in persons and interventions; Force Multiplier 2 (FM2): Improving coordination and cooperation between source, transit and destination countries; and Force Multiplier 3 (FM3): Leveraging private sector engagement to reduce trafficking in persons in target sectors.
Responsibilities
Coordination and prep meetings with speakers and moderators
Staying on top of the agenda
Share link to meetings
Answer technical questions from participants and troubleshooting
Running the meeting space
Starting zoom
Letting people in from the waiting room
Introducing technical aspects of the session (mute, camera off, translator directions, etc.)
Recording
Closing
Timekeeping
Collecting all supporting materials for the sessions (power points, videos, etc.)
Managing the waiting room
Managing interpretation functions
Handling break-out rooms
Posting quizzes and polls and other features of Zoom
Technical trouble shooting as needed
Regular communication with the CTIP team
Prepare final report with participants, engagement and send thank you letters to participants and speakers with all material shared during the event
The facilitator/s will be familiar with the agenda, organize tech run-throughs, and be available full time on the three days of the conference to facilitate every session (December 7,8,9).
Qualifications
The lead consultant should meet the following minimum requirements:
well versed in Zoom and its features
have experience working with Office, Windows, and MS teams
be a quick thinker who can solve problems quickly
be personable and work well under stressful conditions
Excellent English
Experience in running online events
Available full time on 7-8-9 December 2022
