Position: Social Worker (1 Position)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

NightLight Foundation: is an anti-trafficking organization that provides assistance and intervention to both Thai national and international victims of trafficking and prostitution, including emergency shelter, rehabilitation/counseling, advocacy, aftercare, child-care, life skills courses, employment and job training, leadership development, and support for continuing education.

Description:

1. Thai female aged 27-45 years old.

2. Work experience in a related field.

3. Christian with a passion to care for and serve others.

4. Minimum Bachelor’s undergraduate university degree in Social Work required.

5. Ability to communicate well in English; reading, speaking, and writing.

6. Computer skills required using email, Microsoft office (Word, Excel, etc.)

7. Salary based on experience, and benefits included.

8. High capacity to deal with challenging situations, good relational skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.

มูลนิธิไนท์ไลท์: เป็นองค์กรต่อต้านการค้ามนุษย์ที่ให้ความช่วยเหลือผู้เสียหายจากการค้ามนุษย์และการค้าประเวณี ทั้งผู้ดสียหายไทยและรวมถึงผู้เสียหายชาวต่างชาติ รวมถึงสถานคุ้มครอง ที่พักพิงฉุกเฉิน การฟื้นฟู การให้คำปรึกษา และดูแลสนับสนุนดูแลเด็ก มีการฝึกอาชีพ จ้างงาน และอบรมฝึกอบรม เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพการเป็นผู้นำ และสนับสนุนการศึกษาต่อ

คุณสมบัติ

1. เพศหญิง สัญชาติไทย อายุ 27-45 ปี

2. มีประสบการณ์สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

3. เป็นคริสเตียน มีใจรักในการดูแลและรับใช้ผู้อื่น

4. ได้รับวุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี หรือปริญญาโทสาขาวิชาสังคมสงเคราะห์ศาสตร์ ได้รับวุฒิบัตรผ่านการฝึกอบรมตามมาตรฐานที่สภาวิชาชีพสังคมสงเคราะห์กำหนด

5. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี; การอ่าน การพูด การเขียน

6. มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ในโปรแกรมที่จำเป็นต่องาน (การส่ง e-mail, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

7. เงินเดือนตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน และมีสวัสดิการอื่นๆ ของมูลนิธิฯ

8. มีความสามารถในการจัดการกับสถานการณ์ที่ท้าทาย มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี แบะสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
