  • Contribute to project-wide assessments and surveys including baseline, midline, and endline evaluations, including recruitment, training, deployment, and management of data collection teams

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a LEARN dashboard for MEAL data

  • Support adaptive management practices that will ensure that lessons learned from implementation, assessments, and community feedback mechanisms are incorporated into implementation by analyzing data and communicating key findings based on LEARN’s MEAL activities in regular meetings with LEARN consortium partner staff

  • Foster a learning environment and contribute to knowledge management within the LEARN project

  • Provide managerial oversight to a team of MEAL Managers and Senior MEAL Coordinators, and support MEAL team workplan and budgeting processes (monthly, 6-monthly, and annually)

  • Coordinate with technical and cross-cutting specialists to ensure that robust and participatory beneficiary accountability and feedback mechanisms are established, used, and reported against

  • Ensure that project data are protected and shared according to CPI and USAID policies
