The USAID Thailand Counter Trafficking in Persons Project is seeking a contract service to develop and create one SBCC video that will highlight the story of a female migrant Domestic worker migrating and living in Thailand. The video will be no longer than five minutes and will depict life as a domestic worker and the hardships that they face. The contractor will be provided with a draft story board of the video in English and will be expected to lead the creative design process, including a final story board, scripting and complete the voice-over recordings in English and Thai. The contractor will also take full responsibility for the technical part of the video design and editing process and postproduction, including developing animation, handling the copyright and/or any other intellectual rights regarding illustration, appropriate branding and other graphic pictures to be included in the design, if needed.  

OBJECTIVES  

The goal of this consultancy work is to produce a visually effective and high-quality video that will be accessible and easy to understand for the Expat/ Thai public. The video will contain key messages on the life of migrant domestic workers living and working in Thailand. The video can be a mix of infographics, and animation infographics and/or illustrations with no longer than five minutes duration.
