Job Description:
- Office Secretary
Conduct Administration and Secretary work in the project, covering office management including checking financial documents and facilitating proper management of office equipment and supply.
TOR
1) Management of IT equipment
- Act as focal person to coordinate office members with suppliers for ad hoc repair, regular maintenance etc. concerning IT related equipment/software
- Support issues such as setting of PC for conference use or newcomers (email, domain etc.) and/or facilitate general technical questions from colleagues
2) Financial Controls
- Make, check and compile financial documents within the office use, as well as check documents submitted from member universities from ASEAN countries, following meticulous financial regulations of Japanese official agency
- Act as focal person to coordinate the office with our bank for banking procedures.
3) General Administrative Management in the office
- Conduct procurement such as office supplies/equipment
- Maintain procured articles as well as lifelines (e.g. communicative networks), in a good condition
- Manage airline tickets for business trips for office members and member universities
- Engaged in filing office documents
4) Others
- All other duties related to office administration requested by chiefs
Qualification:
1) Thai nationality
2) Bachelor’s degree in any field (Working experience is preferable.)
3) Excellent command of English (Our common office language is English.)
4) Proficiency in use of PC(MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint and others)
5) Demonstrated ability and propensity to work as part of a team
