The following factors will be considered for selecting the research assistant.

• Demonstrated experience in quantitative and qualitative survey will be engaged for this assignment.
• The research assistant should have a strong record of accomplishment of conducting surveys especially on urban issues. The consultant/firm need to have a deep understanding of the city and established relationships with the government/municipality, active civil society organizations and other potential partners. For the proposed assessment, expecting research assistant with demonstrated experience of
  • Urban livelihoods, Health nutrition and WASH
  • Child participation and protection in urban content
  • DDR, multi-level sectoral engagements in cities
  • Public health systems strengthening
  • Anti-Human Trafficking and/or Decent Work/labor rights
  • Gender Equality and Social Inclusion
  •  Education
• Sound knowledge on urban development, policy gap analysis. The research assistant is expected to adhere to the experts.
• Have experience in developing spatial maps.
• Read/speak Thai and can read English also will be an advantage.
• Atleast 6 years of experience of research/consultancy including Urban agendas with government/UN/INGOs/NGOs
