Job Title : Project Outreach Coordinator
Job Type: Full time with three-month probation

Background:
Goodwill Group Foundation is a Thai registered foundation based in Bangkok with a second branch in Ubon Ratchathani. Goodwill was founded in December 2000, mission is to improve the quality of life of disadvantaged Thai women and girls through free person development and careers advice services.
About the Role:
The Project Outreach Coordinator will focus on developing, implementing and evaluating Goodwill Group Foundation programming and operational activities in Bangkok. The Project Outreach Coordinator will be expected to contribute towards the achievement of activities outlined in the Project Action Plan. The position will focus on coordinating Goodwill Group Foundation activities in Bangkok, supporting the Program Manager, volunteers and community leaders in implementing the programs. The Project Outreach Coordinator will take a lead role in program management at the work field, including delivery of the work-plan, monitoring through the Performance Measurement Framework, submitting regular reports to the Program Manager and accounting for project funds they will be entrusted within the course of their work. The successful candidate should have communications expertise, and be fluent in speaking and writing English.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Complete regular and timely reports and submit to the Program Manager
• Collect M & E data in line with the Performance Measurement Framework, including ensuring all activities involving women and girls are included in regular reports
• Assist staff in the organization and implementation of activities including special events, trainings/workshops, field visits, coaching, VIP visits and other events
• Assist Program Manager in producing, managing and monitoring regular activity schedules for women and girls
• Provide regular coaching, mentoring and supervision of all Leaders with whom Goodwill Group Foundation is implementing its activities
• Provide training in project management for women and girls in the community and school
• Build and maintain partnership working relationship with local government, teacher, volunteer and community leader
• Cooperate with other partner staff, NGOs, CSRs, maintaining a good working relationship. Ensure the Program Manager is informed of relevant developments or initiatives.
• Responsible for day-to-day management and decision making for project under supervision of the Program Director
• Organizing extracurricular activities, and space utilization for students, staffs and volunteers
• Be responsible for coordinate with volunteers and target group
• Maintain relevant information and database on outreach activity
• Perform any other duties as required by the supervisor in relation of the Goodwill’s objectives
• Support formulation of program strategies focusing on achievement of the following results; Collection student and target group databases, analysis of information for identification of areas for support and program formulation and/or implementation
• Ability to perform a variety of repetitive and routine tasks and duties related to program support
• Ability to handle a large volume of work possibly under time constraints
• Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks by establishing priorities
• Willing to travel when needed
Qualifications and Experience :
• Thai Nationality only
• Bachelor’s degree in Social sciences or any related field
• At least one year of experience in the same role preferably in an NGO
• Creative, strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Problem solving and teamwork
• Good organized and able work well with others
• Good command of English and Thai, both oral and written
• Strong and polished interpersonal, written and oral communication skills (both Thai and English)
• Computer proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to work weekends (weekdays off)
