Organizational Context and Scope:
Under the overall supervision of the Project Manager and the direct supervision of the Assistant Project Manager of the Thai-Israeli Cooperation of the Placement for Thai Agricultural workers project, he/she will carry out the following duties and responsibilities.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1) Verify application forms and supporting documents received from the TOEA.
2) Enter data from the application forms into TIC database (30 applications per day).
3) Keep record of the application forms.
4) Assist the process of filing all application forms.
5) Upload applicants’ support document into the database.
6) Perform other related duties as may be assigned.
Desired Qualifications:
Thai national.
University degree in Business Administration, Social Science or other relevant field.
Experience in data entry and filing document for the government/non-governmental organizations or governmental institutions/organizations in a multi-cultural setting is an advantage.
Strong team player but with a capacity to work independently.
Able to work effectively and harmoniously with colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds.
Able to communicate in English and good command of Thai.

Classification General Service Staff (Ungraded: THB 39,300 per month)
Type of Appointment Special All-Inclusive Contract, 06 months (with renewal possibility)

Under the overall supervision of the Assistant Project Manager and the direct supervision of the Senior Project Assistant of the Thai-Israeli Cooperation of the Placement for Thai Agricultural workers project, he/she will carry out the following duties and responsibilities.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
The successful candidate will have the following duties and responsibilities:
Prepare necessary documents and forms for each worker on Pre-departure Orientation process (PDO);
Assist the PDO process in preparing all forms, call the workers into the PDO room and provide the departure information to workers;
Organize each worker’s documents after the PDO at Thailand Overseas Employment
Administrative Office and prepare to send the documents to Rajanakarn Office;
Upload each applicant’s information into the database;
Assist in stock controlling;
Assist in interviewing process;
Accompany the beneficiaries from the Ministry of Labour to Suvarnabumi Airport;
Perform other related duties as may be assigned.
Education and Experience
Thai national;
University degree in social sciences, psychology, counselling or other relevant field;
At least two years of experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-governmental or governmental institutions/organizations in a multi-cultural setting;
Strong team player but with a capacity to take the lead and work independently;
Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds;
Fluency in English and Thai.
