Do you want to be part of a team that triggers real change and empower people around the world?
Is being a part of an international non-profit organisation standing for human right, women empowerment, justice, and freedom of media globally, aspires you?
Join our Thomson Reuters Foundation, an international charitable foundation under Thomson Reuters to fulfil your aspiration.
Thomson Reuters Foundation:
The Thomson Reuters Foundation is an international charitable foundation under Thomson Reuters. We run programmes that trigger real change and empower people around the world, including free legal assistance, journalism and media training, coverage of the world’s under-reported stories, women empowerment and fighting against modern-day slavery.
We believe that NGOs and social enterprises should be able to focus on their mission instead of spending their resources on legal fees. That’s why we created TrustLaw, our global pro bono legal programme. Through TrustLaw, we connect high-impact organisations with the best law firms in the world willing to provide free legal assistance. We are committed to spreading the practice of pro bono worldwide. Our network has grown to 2,000 members in over 170 countries, including more than 400 law firms. Since 2010, we’ve generated the equivalent of $54 million in pro bono support and made over 1,250 connections.
We have a growing presence in Southeast Asia already but recognizing a huge potential for expansion of our services and having a plan to run a number of high profile programmes and events in the region, we believe adding a Legal Programme Manager to our team will be key to achieving our goals.
