Field Data Officer (Based in Bangkok) 1 position
Responsible for designing and developing the users-friendly project data-base to be used for planning, searching and report writing. Regularly and systematically collecting, maintaining and updating and consolidating project data from multiple-sources to be readily used for analyzing and preparing report. Initiate data analysis for completion and accuracy of data elements. Promoting the utilization of project data-base among project staff and project partners. Properly keep , protect and backup project data base to avoid all risks of losses. Help prepare the data to be shown on the website, regularly update and monitor consistency and accuracy of project information on the website. Provide IT supports and help solve technical problems to project staff and partners as needed.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in computer science, business computer or related fields.
- Proficient in MS office (Word/Excel/Access/ PPt) with an emphasis on Access queries, data importing
- Good skill in data analysis with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with various customers and prioritize a variety of assignments
- Good communication, planning and organizing skills
