ประกาศรับสมัครเจ้าหน้าที่ 9 อัตรา

Program activities advisor  (Salary 30,000 Baht plus)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversea all project activities and be the main contact point for the program director.

Ensure project activities comply with the policies and regulations of ITDP and it’s donors.

Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of project deliverables, lead project planning, budgeting, action plans and monitoring processes.

Responsible for submitting activity reports, meeting minutes and financial reports on regular basis to the ITDP director.

Oversee the preparation and submission of annual activity-based project budgets as well as monthly and quarterly financial reports and sending of new funding requests.

Lead and motivate the project team and monitor project activities and project expenditure and coordinate work with consultants and volunteers in the project.

Ensures close collaboration and coordination with cooperating partners to guarantee smooth implementation of activities and achievement of results as specified in the grant agreements.

Employs resourcefulness in project design, implementation and monitoring. Trouble shoots project problems. Identifies and implements creative solutions.

Assist in building capacity of project staff.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

University degree in a related subject

Knowledge of program management

5 years of relevant experience

Very good oral, analytical, writing and presentational skills

Computer literacy is a MUST, Word processing, Simple accounting, Databases, Spreadsheets, E-mail, Internet

Proven ability to work in multi-disciplinary and multi-stakeholder working environments

Highly organized, self motivated, using initiative and creativity

Experience working with hill tribes

Ability to speak and understand English is highly valued.

Project Officer: Coffee and Crop Production and Marketing  (Salary   22,000 baht plus)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Involve lengthy periods of engagement in remote villages working with poor families.

Participate in planning crop extension activities of the organization.

Implement planned activities under the guidance of ITDP director.

Participate in selection of project sites for implementation of planned activities.

Collaboration with the District Agricultural Offices and technical staff.

Ensure that inputs required for the project activities are procured and distributed to the respective project sites on time.

Plan, organize, coordinate and conduct appropriate training for extension agents and farmers at appropriate time.

Follow up project activities by making regular field visits to project sites to provide technical guidance and advice to the extension field staff on time and collect data and produce field reports.

Organize and coordinate farmers’ field days at appropriate sites, in collaboration with Agricultural Offices.

Assists the Director and manager, on a regular basis, in preparing monthly/quarterly and annual reports.

Assist to collect, establish, maintain and manage the database of Crop Production Extension activities.

Setting up markets for introduced agricultural activities.

Setting up detail budgets for all agricultural activities.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

B.Sc in Agriculture of Agriculture extension or in any other related field.

5 years of relevant experience (especially in coffee).

Very good oral, analytical, writing and presentational skills.

Experience with participatory approaches

Highly organized, self motivated, using initiative and creativity

Competence in Microsoft office including Word, Excel,

Proven ability to work in multi-disciplinary and multi-stakeholder working environments.

Experience working with hilltribes

Ability to speak and understand English is highly valued.

จ.เชียงใหม่ นักเรียนเป็นชาวไทยภูเขาเผ่ากะเหรี่ยง ระดับชั้นอนุบาล ถึง ประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6

คุณสมบัติ

1. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท สาขาวิชาบริหารการศึกษา/ศึกษาศาสตร์/ครุศาสตร์

2. ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ด้านการเรียนการสอนและการบริหารโรงเรียนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

3. อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป

สามารถทำงานที่โรงเรียนในถิ่นทุรกันดารได้

ครู 2 อัตรา

เงินเดือน 9,000 บาท + ประกันสังคม + เงินสะสม

คุณสมบัติ

จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชาปฐมวัย, ประถมศึกษา และการศึกษานอกระบบ

มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพครู

ถ้าเป็นชาวไทยภูเขาเผ่ากะเหรี่ยงจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

สามารถสอนที่โรงเรียนในถิ่นทุรกันดารได้

ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการโครงการส่งเสริมการศึกษาและพัฒนาสังคม

เงินเดือน 15,000 บาท + ประกันสังคม + เงินสะสม

คุณสมบัติ

จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี

อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป

ถ้าเป็นชาวไทยภูเขาเผ่ากะเหรี่ยงจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

เพศชาย เนื่องจากต้องขับรถยนต์ไปดอย/ถิ่นทุรกันดารได้

สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้

คุณสมบัติ

จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาศาสนศาสตร์ (ศาสนาคริสต์)

เป็นชาวไทยภูเขาเผ่ากะเหรี่ยง

มีประสบการณ์ด้านการประกาศอย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป

ถ้ามีความรู้ภาษาอังกฤษ และการบริหารงาน การวางแผนงาน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

สามารถขับรถยนต์ไปดอยได้

ตำแหน่ง  ผู้ประสานงานส่งเสริมเกษตรที่สูง 1 อัตรา

เงินเดือน 12,000 – 15,000 + ประกันสังคม + เงินสะสม + ประกันชีวิต

คุณสมบัติ

จบการศึกษาระดับ ปวส / ปริญญาตรี สาขาส่งเสริมการเกษตร สาขาพืชศาสตร์ และสาขาการพัฒนาชุมชน

เพศชาย

เป็นชาวไทยภูเขา (พูดภาษากะเหรี่ยงได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

มีใจสู้งาน สามารถเดินทางไกล และไปทำงานอยู่หมู่บ้านบนดอยได้อย่างน้อย 20 วันต่อเดือน

สามารถขับรถยนต์และจักรยานยนต์ไปหมู่บ้านบนดอยด้วยตัวเองได้

มีประสบการณ์ด้านการส่งเสริมการเกษตร,กลุ่มสหกรณ์หรือการพัฒนาชุมชนอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปีขึ้นไป

สามารถใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมพื้นฐาน Microsoft Word, Excel และ Internet ได้

สามารถทำงานร่วมกับชุมชนและคริสตจักรท้องถิ่น(TKBC)ในพื้นที่เขต อ.แม่แจ่ม อ.แม่ลาน้อย และเขตจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ได้

ตำแหน่ง เจ้าหน้าที่เกษตร 1 อัตรา

เงินเดือน 10,000 บาท + ประกันสังคม + เงินสะสม + ประกันชีวิต

คุณสมบัติ

จบการศึกษาระดับ ปวช-ปวส / ปริญญาตรี สาขาส่งเสริมการเกษตร สาขาพืชผัก หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

เพศชาย หรือหญิง

เป็นชาวไทยภูเขา (พูดภาษากะเหรี่ยงได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

มีใจสู้งาน สามารถเดินทางไกล และไปทำงานอยู่หมู่บ้านบนดอยได้นาน

สามารถขับรถจักรยานยนต์ไปหมู่บ้านต่างๆบนดอยเองได้

มีประสบการณ์ด้านการเกษตรอย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

สามารถใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมพื้นฐาน Microsoft Word, Excel และ Internet ได้

สอนวิชาเกษตร วางแผนงาน และปลูกพืชผักสวนครัว โรงเรียนหม่าโอโจ ต.แม่ตื่น อ.อมก๋อย จ.เชียงใหม่
