-Urgently Required- Resource Mobilisation Manager
Roles: This position is responsible for leading the Plan Thailand team in building and maintaining adequate and appropriate level of funding required to operationalise the CSP. The function includes (1) growing the Grants portfolio of Plan Thailand (through in country resource mobilization and externally through the National Organizations); (2) harnessing and managing relationships with donors, local missions, and NOs and; (3) managing the financial and operational requirements (including reporting) of grants. In addition, the incumbent will lead the Plan Thailand team in the development and execution of agreements and contracts relating to grant funded programs.

Management
I. Resources mobilisation Develop a fund mobilisation strategy for Plan Thailand and recommend actions for improved performance. Actively identify grant opportunities and develop grant proposals in close coordination with Program team and National Organisations Ensure that all categories of program costs are taken into account at the conceptualization and submission stage of grant preparation. Analyze and coordinate existing grant funded programs and projects to ensure compliance with donor requirements. Ensure quality and timeliness of grants reporting to all external donors and National Offices. Develop a comprehensive tracking, evaluation, monitoring and reporting framework for external grants. Monitor, analyze and consolidate relevant grant information and disseminate where relevant within Plan Thailand Communicate with National Organisation and donors effectively to seek for funding for Thailand program; respond to donor’s query, and coordinate their field visit Developing and maintain resource mobilisation database: prospective donors, key resource organisations, professionals, and data/information sources as reference and useful to resource mobilisation efforts Coordinate with Communications & PR Manager in communication and PR work to raise brand awareness of campaign and Plan Thailand
II. Building relationships with NO, GOs, NGOs, Corporate, and donors at all levels both internal and external Thailand Act as Plan Thailand representative on grant matters, representing the interests of Plan Thailand to National Offices, donor organisations and other stakeholders both internal and external the country. Analyze supporting structure to ensure successful implementation of proposed grants. Work with appropriate government & corporate partners at national and international level to align their sustainable strategies with Plan Thailand to ensure a win-win situation Develop, manage and maintain strategic partnerships with NO and in-country organization including bilateral, multilaterals, corporate donors and external networks in order to accomplish goals in growth, customer satisfaction of grants and program development Manage the link between Program Teams, donors and external networks. Develop and maintain a strong and professional image of Plan Thailand among relevant donors III. Human resources, Finance, and others Recruit, manage, motivate, develop, coach, and monitor team performance and drive them to achieve the performance expectations/standard Co-ordinate with the P&C team to strengthen the capacity of staff in building donor relations, generating resources (technical, funding, material). Work with the Finance and Program team to ensure the effective utilization of grants monitoring systems in terms of projections and forecasting, the monitoring of expenditure, negotiations with grantors for budget modifications and completion of project reports
Qualifications: Bachelor or master degree in Marketing, Sociology, or any fields. Experience of 2-5 years of working in business development/fundraising sector for INGO At least 3 years spent in a managerial position in resources mobilization, grants management for the INGO sector is a must Proficiency in business planning, project/program proposal writing, identifying and developing fund raising, opportunities/ proposal budgeting & controlling, and reporting of whole process from institutional donors. Experience of working with children, communities and managing child-related program and projects would be an advantage Good command of English and computer literacy
