Contact Centre Sales Manager - Base in Chiang Mai
Multinational Eco-tour Company based in Chiang Mai, Thailand with multiple locations seeks a Contact Center sales leader to take the contact center to a new level, responsible for conceiving and executing breakthrough campaigns.
Position Overview:
Key job tasks/ duties/ responsibilities of Contact Center Sales Manager, "CCM” include, but are not limited to, writing scripts, developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, sales training and supervision of call center staff, overseeing upgrades to call center system and software, training, measuring and improving call center operator performance.
Key Functions:
Prepares and presents Performance metrics/KPI information/ reports to senior management while overseeing all day-to-day call center activities.
Review budgets, expenses, revenue, payroll and other documentation, analyzing, recommending budgets, prepares forecasts, reconciliations to achieve profitable digital and contact center sales
Utilize and recommend computer programs and systems as they become available
Secondary Job Functions:
Attend and participate in strategic meetings
Suggest ways to streamline accounting processes and improve current system
Requirements:
Advanced Degree/ Bachelor’s Degree/ at least 3-5 years work experience with an emphasis in Contact center sales, Digital Marketing, Sales
Excellent written and oral communication skills, enthusiasm, managerial style, and strong knowledge of basic and advanced digital marketing processes (in Thai and English)
Must be very creative
Strong PC skills with emphasis in MS Office; (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook) and up-to-date call center software
Possesses strong problem - solving skills, ability to manage others and to tolerate a high level of stress
Ability to meet deadlines consistently, works well under pressure
Maintains the highest ethics and integrity
Detail oriented with proven analytical skills
