Data Entry Clerk - Base in Chiang Mai
Introduction
As the new data entry clerk, you will be at the forefront of technology solutions within the company. Key job tasks / duties and responsibilities of the data entry clerk include, but not limited to, ensuring sales and marketing data is kept up to date by keying in data into excel / csv format in a structured process prior to integrating data into CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Role will require data cleansing – checking data for discrepancies and filling in missing data through calling / online research. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure key information is correct. The data entry clerk will also oversee other technologies such as GPS tracking software, and input agent data into GPS software and continually check and maintain accuracy for all data. As part of this role the data entry clerk will also monitor sales patterns and assist in designing optimal routes to improve sales. Ongoing tasks include adding new data to the CRM and ensuring its kept up to date.

Job Description
Regularly update CRM and GPS software ensuring accuracy of data
Accurately key in sales related data into excel format prior to import
Accurately key in agencies into GPS software by inputting geo coordinates into software and allocating sales zones
Check and assist in resolving data discrepancies
Daily maintenance for all sources of data input
Ensure CRM is kept up to date with all fields keyed in and ensure up to date
Secondary Job Functions:
Reviewing GPS software and ensure sales team are using on a daily basis
Assist sales by providing insightful reports into daily agent visits
Ensure sales team are in compliance within their sales zone and monitor number of agencies visited, time spent at agencies and time travelling
Monitor daily sales visit rosters
Establish guidelines for most efficient use of time for sales visiting their sales zone
Your Profile
High school diploma or equivalent
Well-developed interpersonal skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Must be able to prioritize and be detail oriented
Ability to work with limited supervision, multitask and possess strong initiative
Ability to communicate (read and write) at a basic level in English
Ability to follow procedures and instructions
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees
Ability to work extended hours, holidays and/or weekends, as needed
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
