Summary:
The Bangkok-based Operations & Programs Assistant role reports directly to Operation and Program Manager. The responsibilities listed below are inclusive, but not exhaustive, of the role. It is reasonable to assume that additional tasks will be requested, as and when needed.

Support the Thailand Operations and Program team |

Operations |
Manage Thailand office facilities, supplies and services. Provide support to Country Director / Chairperson and Operations and Programs Manager in term of compliance issues. Finance and Administration Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliation, cash advance requests, and submit all to HQ on a monthly basis. Handle petty cash transactions. Support the purchasing and payment of Program commitments. Manage purchasing of office supplies and equipment, and maintenance of facilities. Manage office rental payments and renewals. Manage team compliance with internal policies, processes, office licenses and government reporting. Provide logistical assistance for incoming visitors; e.g. accommodation, local transportation, meetings, etc.
Human Resources Implement Thailand HR activities and processes (for example: time attendance records, leave tracking report, implement payroll, PIT, social security, insurance payment, etc.) Arrange visas, resident cards, work permits as required.Coordinate Thailand office HR requirements under supervision of Operations and Programs Manager, Country Director and Human Resources Manager in Headquarters. |

Program |
Provide support to Thailand Program team Support the implementation of project activities as directed by the Thailand Program Officer. Produce activity materials under direction of Thailand Program Officer. Maintain project records under of Thailand Program Officer. Assist Thailand Program Officer in training, maintaining working relationships with key stakeholders, including national and local governments and local media. |

Communications |
Assist Thailand Program Team to produce all required communications materials. Assist Program Officer to create and post content to AIP website and Facebook. |

Additional tasks for may be requested as needed. |
Qualifications:
University degree
One year experience in a similar role
Ability to prioritize while managing expectations
Flexible attitude
