The Organization
ActionAid is an international organisation, working with over 25 million people in more than 40 countries for a world free from poverty and injustice. ActionAid Thailand (AAT) is part of the ActionAid International Federation and has been working with people and communities in Thailand for a decade addressing issues related to poverty, human rights, education, and women’s and youth’s empowerment.
ActionAid Thailand is expanding its operations and looking for highly skills and motivated Thai nationals with good English communication skills to fill the following position:
Fundraising and Communications Manager
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
The position will set up, launch and manage a sustainable fundraising programme, to maximize net income and grow the base of national supporters and donors, including public fundraising, high value donors (High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI), Companies, Trusts and Foundations and Institutional donors. The position is also responsible for the management of strategic communications activities for fundraising.
Qualification & Experience
A Bachelor degree in Marketing, Development studies, Social sciences, Communications
At least 5 years relevant experience, of which three years must be in a management position from a reputable organization, preferably an NGO.
Proven track records/successful fundraising experience and developing communication plans
