Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job Type: Full-time with 3 months probation
Location: Based in Bangkok, Thailand
Background:
Goodwill Group Foundation (Goodwill) is a Thai registered Foundation based in Bangkok with a second branch in Ubon Ratchathani. Goodwill was founded in December 2000. Goodwill’s mission is to improve the quality of life of disadvantaged Thai women and girls through free person development and careers advice services.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the office and manage the successful implementation of Goodwill’s activities. She will coordinate activity, planning, prepare and schedule trainings for Foundation’s target demographic: young girls and women. Position reports to the Managing Director.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate, and organize vocational and skills development training programs
Create and manage, develop and maintain good relations towards external parties and beneficiaries, local government and NGOs networking
Prepare all training materials to support the program
Prepare a monthly report on program status for management
Manage and develop project’s activities
Create drawing women to join in-house training and programs
Perform other tasks as needed to support Goodwill’s operations
Qualifications:
• Thai Nationality only
• Bachelor’s degree in Social sciences or any related filed
• Creative, strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Problem solving and teamwork
• Good organized and able work well with others
• Good command of English and Thai, both oral and written
• Computer proficiency in MS Offices
• Able to work weekends (weekdays off)
