Location: Mae Sot | Status: Independent Contractor | Report to: Finance Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional committed to strengthening accountability and transparency? REACH for Equity is seeking a Finance Officer to ensure effective financial management and compliance across our programs in Mae Sot and partner project areas. You will play a vital role in managing fund transfers, verifying transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting partners to strengthen their financial management systems. Your expertise will help safeguard resources and enhance the impact of REACH for Equity lifesaving and resilience-building initiatives.

What We’re Looking For: 

• B Com, LCCI Level III or University Bachelor's degree and diploma in accounting.
• At least 1–3 years of professional experience in a finance environment.
• Strong judgment, strategic planning, and interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Burmese (Understanding of Karen and Thai Languages is a plus)
• Essential skills in Excel and accounting software are preferred.
• Competence in using information technology, work-procession spreadsheet and PowerPoint software.
• Exposure to NGO work is an advantage.
• Able to think for themselves and make the necessary decision.
• Able to work independently.
