Senior Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President – Asia Regional Office, Bangkok
The Rockefeller Foundation has the last century dedicated itself to improving human well-being. We are seeking a seasoned professional to support our efforts as Senior Executive Assistant to our Senior Vice President, Asia. This key role calls for a highly motivated and dynamic individual capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, across research, logistics, partner communication, events and more.
Required Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of executive-level administrative experience supporting a senior executive is required.
- Must have prior experience in a complex, fast-paced and highly professional global organization with multiple offices and a strong mission and people-centered focus, or in a not-for-profit organization within a highly dynamic, evolving work environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing sensitive and confidential matters with a high level of professionalism and composure under pressure.
- Strong execution and organizational skills, with proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks seamlessly and with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated initiative-taking critical thinking skills and strong decision-making capability.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaborative, collaborative, and collegial environment.
- Proven ability to identify, prioritize and manage agendas, employee communications, high-level presentations, and documentation, while multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive and productive relationships across all levels of staff and management.
- Proven ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, accurate work on time.
- Experience working in a highly collaborative and dynamic organization, as well as in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Salesforce is necessary.
- Experience in booking and managing international travel, demonstrated intercultural competence is required. International work experience a plus.
