ADRA Thailand is currently seeking applicants for the position of Logistics / Driver to work at our project office in Mae Sot,Tak to support our vocation and education projects.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the focal point for all logistics operations in the project area
Work with the procurement team to purchase and deliver supplies for the project to camp
Ensure that ADRA Thailand’s policies and procurement procedures are followed during purchase and delivery of items
Keep and submit accurate documents to support the procurement process
Ensure that good logistics recordkeeping is observed in camp (receiving, inventory, and distribution)
Support the Area Coordinator and Chiang Mai Support staff to work with Thai Authorities and secure permission for all materials entering the camps
Drive Staff, Visitors, and materials as needed
Practice safe driving habits and obey ADRA vehicle policy
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly checkups of the vehicle
Work with Area Coordinator to address vehicle maintenance issues
Ensure that all vehicles have essential equipment as listed in vehicle policy
Keep accurate vehicle logbook of all usage
Support good ongoing communication between all staff members
Preferred candidates are expected to meet the following:
A strong commitment to ADRA’s mission, vision, and values
Be willing to travel and work in remote areas along the Thai-Myanmar border (up to 50% time)
Have a valid driver’s license
Organization, inventory skills
Minimum of 3 years experience in logistics and/or driving
Experience in auto mechanics, ability to carry out emergency repairs
Experience in four wheel driving in difficult terrain
Basic computer skills in word and excel.
Basic English and Thai skills; Karen, or Burmese language skills a plus
Strong cross cultural communication skills

ADRA Thailand is currently seeking applicants for 1 position to work at our office in Mae Sot district, Tak province in the project of Enhanced Capacities for Migrant Advocacy (ECMA) as detail below
1. Field Coordinator
Responsibilities:
To ensure proper coordination of project activities according to DIP and in consultation with the partnering CSO’s;
To help ensure a good flow of information between the beneficiaries (field), local stakeholders and the Project Manager;
To monitor and assess the progress and situation of the partnering CSO’s regularly;
To assist the Project Manager in other areas as required;
To ensure quality and timely reporting on project activities to the Project Manager;
To attend local network/coordination meetings;
To assist the Project Manager to implement capacity building activities for CSOs;
Coordinate TOT programs for CSO;
Collect relevant project data from CSOs and put into M & E system;
Other tasks required by the Project Manager
Preferred candidates are expected to meet the following:
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience:
Significant experience in working with migrant workers, local CSOs, and advocacy (at least 2-3 years).
Language Skills:
Fluent in English and Thai (written and oral)
Fluent in spoken Burmese is a plus
Skills and Abilities:
Significant experience in working with migrant communities
Sound computer skills in at least word and excel
Ability to work under pressure and to cope with multi-tasking
Ability to interact in a sensitive and diplomatic way
Outgoing and confident personality
Transparent, organized and responsible work style
