Plan International Thailand is one of the leading child rights NGOs in Thailand and has operations throughout the country with an annual budget of nearly USD 4M per year. Plan International Thailand has a range of well established relationships with institutional donors, corporate partners and National Organizations and is looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to maintain and develop these relationships and support the Plan International Thailand country program to continue to grow and benefit more children through a range of child-centered programs. -Urgently Required- Finance and Admin. Officer (Based in Chiang Mai)
Roles: This role is responsible for ensuring completeness and accuracy of required project documents with complied with Plan policies and procedures. To support on cash flow and project budget monitoring, including accounting training to sub-grant recipients, and validate spending including analysis. To procure and do logistic for BMUB project. To provide administrative and logistic support to BMUB project including purchasing which are aligned with related Plan’s policies. Also ensure that all scanned bills have been submitted to the donors.
Responsibilities : Finance Scan all bills and send to the donor. Review staff expense report and sub-grants liquidation and work with the team for following up Support on cash flow preparation. Verify account code and activity code to align with budget approved. Work on grant administration and compliance Prepare cash flow and submit to Grant accountant and Finance manager. Monitor project budget and spending. Support for working with internal and external auditor.
Administration Process procurement Provide logistic services Support the team when meeting/conference is held especially cash payment release. Review all required documents before submission to Finance at Bangkok office. Maintain Fixed asset registration
Others: Provide advice for program team and sub-grant recipients on Finance and admin procedure. Task as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications: University Degree or equivalent on Accounting and Administration At least 3 years worked in Accounting and Finance field and Administration Good Computer operation on Microsoft office SAP execution would be advantage Good in English both writing and speaking.
