Plan International Thailand has a range of well established relationships with institutional donors, corporate partners and National Organizations and is looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to maintain and develop these relationships and support the Plan International Thailand country program to continue to grow and benefit more children through a range of child-centered programs.

-Urgently Required- Internal Control, Risk Management and Security Manager (Re-advertisement)
Roles: This position is responsible to develop and manage country internal control, risk management and security strategy. To provide leadership, guidance and assistance to Plan International Thailand staff and its partner in ensuring that policies and procedures are adhere to and complied to. Assist Country Director and management team in identifying risks and way of mitigating their risks. To provide a platform for learning across Plan International Thailand and also to influence change within and across the organization to strengthen accountability and effectiveness. This position will be responsible both Regional and Country Office and also the scope of “ Risk” is including security function in term of human and asset safety.
Responsibilities : Planning Review Country Strategic Plan for Internal Control, Risk Management (CSP) and Security planning by term of reference for Security Review Team (SRT) and budgeting to be aligned with Global Country Policy Prepare Internal Control, Risk Management and Security Strategy Plan and Action Plan of Thailand Country Office
Management Drives the internal control, risk management and security strategy and the operational development of internal audit and assurance services Develop, Implement and Evaluate the Internal Control, Risk Management & Security for all Plan offices in Thailand Schedule assurance coverage to meet the country, regional and global plans agreed by Operations Manager and Country Management Team (CMT).
Collate results from reviews performed within Plan International Thailand to build country financial / related process assurance with managements in all levels and partners. Facilitate implementation of designed plans of capacity building/ strengthening for plan International Thailand and partners for accountability and assurance of internal control, risk management and security Oversee country assurance coverage, results, conclusions and quality control as well as ad hoc investigations (e.g. fraud) Manage the Security system of Regional and Country Office and as a focal point of Security of Plan International Thailand and Regional Office Ensure that Plan International Thailand SSOPs ( Security Measures and Standard Operating Procedures) Reflect risk levels referenced in Plan’s Global Security Policy and ensure SSOPs are compliant with all Plan’s policies. Build and develop effective relationship with all staff of Plan Thailand and related staff of partners Risk Registration Prepare update and reports to Country Director (CD), Regional Office(RO) and International Headquarter(IH) on Internal Control & Risk Management Manage, motivate, develop, coach and monitor team performance and drive them to achieve the performance expectations/ standards ( if any) Ensure that all Performance Managements ( probation, 6 months interim, and annual appraisal) are completed on time as required by system & procedures Collect salary data increment for HR&OD Manager to review and further actions Assist all related HR Admin. tasks Ensure that all of HR documents are strictly followed and prompt for auditing
Qualifications: Bachelor or master degree in Accounting or related fields Minimum 3-7 years experience in Professional internal auditing or financial and accounting function With at least 3 years experience in management level in function of risk management & auditing (internal and /or external) Experience of working with an international non-government organization is an advantage Excellent command of English ; speaking, writing , editing and reviewing skills
