-Urgently Required- HR&OD Assistant (Re-advertisement)
Roles: This position is responsible to provide assistance to facilitate human resources management and development efforts of Plan International Thailand in line with Thai Labour laws and organization’s policies and procedures and contribute directly to the achievement of Plan International Thailand‘s Human Resources Strategy.
Responsibilities Planning Assist HR & OD Manager plan the actual Human Resources Management Plan and actual Human Resources Development Plan. Assist HR & OD Manager in budget planning Personal data Management plan
Management /Operation I. Assist in recruitment and selection activities Facilitate job advertisement, applications receiving, coordination of selection process, contact preparation including related documents, applications filing. Prepares orientation for new staff as assigned part Processes security clearance Coordinate with related sections in operations department in relevance to ensure for employee’s social security & insurance coverage Prepare of letters of appointment, confirmation of employment after probation, promotion, transfer Monitor and prepare contracts and renewal two months before the expiration
II. Compensation & Benefits Assist HR&OD Manager to analyze /monitor/implement the competitive package Facilitate on welfare and benefit for all staff
III. HR communications, reporting tasks Prepare and update all related HR Reports such as monthly report, quarterly report, annual report as required (such as exit interview, turnover report, absence report, People Measure Report etc.) Assist HR&OD Manager to ensure effective flow of information and feedback system Manage incoming and outgoing correspondences within HR&OD Department Assist in monitoring HR Strategy and plans Strengthens CO staff relations & team building Bring the cases of dispute or problems into attention of HR&OD Manager in a timely manner
IV. Human Resources Development Assist HR&OD Manager analyze data for recommendation of the staff training needs and training year plan Implement , organize, and monitor the training year plan Maintain the training record of all staff Evaluate and monitor the result and impact of training Ensure the HRD tasks aligned with Plan’s policies and procedures and legal
V. Manage Time Sheet and Payroll Job related Coordinate with all functions and staff to complete time sheet as policy / guideline Prepare, operate Payroll system to ensure accuracy of salary payment and generated reports Submit the payment document to all staff Submit monthly staff income tax to the Revenue Department Submit monthly Social Security Fund to the SSO
VI. Personnel Database System Input and maintain the personnel data on system for update, correct and prompt for usage Ensure the security and confidential of personnel database system Arrange all certified letters and all documents as requested
VII. Performance Management and HR Policy / Procedure and Regulation Ensure that all Performance Managements 9 probation, 6 months interim, and annual appraisal ) are completed on time as required by system & procedures Collect salary data increment for HR&OD Manager to review and further actions Assist all related HR Admin. tasks Ensure that all of HR documents are strictly followed and prompt for auditing
Qualifications: Bachelor or master degree in Human Resources or other related fields. Minimum 5 years experience in human resources management especially in recruitment , compensation and benefits and training & development Minimum 3 years experience at supervisor level Knowledge in Modern HR Tools Work experience in international environment will be advantage Respect of confidentiality of official and personal information Gender sensitive Respect of equality of human rights Responsive to human needs and motivation in working place Good intention to details and good command of English
