-Urgently Required- Project Compliance Specialist (Based in Chiang Mai) Re-advertisement Roles: This role is responsible for ensuring that all Finance Reports submitted by the partners are accuracy and comply with Plan policies and donor requirement. The Compliance specialist will prepare monthly/quarterly work schedule and get Finance manager approval in advance. The Finance compliance specialist will conduct periodic and regular reviews of Finance operations and validate finance reports submitted for all partners against their vouchers. The reviews will inclusive risk identification and other issues. Also be able to provide coaching and training to partners occasionally.
Responsibilities : Management/Operation Verify a finance report and check with the vouchers in partner offices for Plan fund. Conduct Finance audit paper trail for Plan projects with partners. Check donor compliance if it is a grant project. Identify risk area and recommend risk mitigation to the Finance manager Provide relevant information to support internal control framework in country. Support for Global assurance visit and other audit visit.
Administration and Reports Prepare quarterly schedule of partner finance visit Prepare TOR (Term of reference of audit) Prepare program Prepare visit reports and submit to Finance manager with overall conclusions regarding the fact finding and action recommended.
Qualifications: University Degree or equivalent on Finance or Accountancy At least 5 years worked in Accounting and Finance field Experienced in field internal audit is advantage Good Computer operation on Microsoft office Good in English both writing and speaking Be able to travelling in field |
