We are looking for an admission manager. 

As Admissions Manager you will be the first point of contact for all incoming booking enquiries and be responsible for converting enquiries into confirmed bookings – demonstrating a clear understanding of the Foundations minimum requirements for either a resident, volunteer or retreat attendee.

Until check-in you will manage communication with applicants in a professional, compassionate manner at all times appreciating the individual needs of those that apply.

You will be the point of contact for any community member during their stay with regards to their booking and on occasion any non-therapeutic relating questions to their stay.

The role is pivotal in working with the finance function to ensure a smooth booking process for all applications.
