Background

RTI International through the U.S. Agency for International Development’s (USAID) Inform Asia: USAID’s Health Research Program, has received funding to provide technical assistance to a range of local stakeholders in the areas of knowledge management and capacity building with regard to strengthening the Thai national program in malaria. Specifically, the consultant will be working on data collection and desk review for a national Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA). The proposed consultant will lead in data collection and the review of technical materials while coordinating support with the Bureau of Vector Born Diseases (BVBD) to conduct activities related to operational research, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E).
